My mother raised me with an understanding of Social Graces. She was the envy of her colleagues and many competed for an invitation to one of her fabulous dinner parties. Many years later, those lessons served me well as I hosted my own Captain’s Tables where the conversation flowed flawlessly. The myriad of topics over my many years at sea continues to inspire my blog.
